Maria has over 10 years of experience in Technical SEO and Digital PR. Her current focus is Local SEO and Design. She works at Floristpro with over 650 florists in the UK, New Zealand, Malta and Singapore. Maria holds an MSc in Psychology which she uses as a part-time consumer behaviour researcher.

Paul Chivers | Senior Client Partner | Twitter

Paul has been at Twitter for six years having spent the previous six working within media agencies such as Mindshare and OMD in a variety of digital and social media roles. He currently leads the UK Group M relationship at Twitter having previously led global relationships with Twitter's biggest partners. In his role he is responsible for working closely with agency leadership to ensure all brands within the group can reach their most valuable audiences on Twitter, using creative and impactful solutions that drive effectiveness. In his agency roles he was tasked with delivering award winning social media strategy and execution and is thrilled to be asked to judge this year’s work having seen so many brilliant campaigns in the last year.

Laura Crimmons | Senior Digital Manager | Ringier

Laura is Senior Digital Manager at international media group Ringier AG. Her experience spans clients from start-ups to global companies and across a range of industries and territories. She is a regular trainer and speaker at industry events such as INBOUND, SMX Munich, PRmoment, UnGagged Vegas, Turing Fest, Learn Inbound and BrightonSEO. She is also a judge at various awards including EU Content Awards, UK Search Awards, UK Content Awards and MENA Search Awards.

Roberto Croci | Managing Director | Microsoft Start Ups MENA

Roberto Croci joined Microsoft for Startups team with a wide range of knowledge, having previously worked as the Google Regional head for (EMEA) Emerging Markets (Middle East, Turkey, Israel, Russia, Africa) where he helped businesses by building & mentoring teams that could successfully penetrate new markets and ensure sustainable revenue growth. As a natural born leader, he is passionate about business, people and their growth and has more than 15 years’ experience in various industries - ranging from digital marketing, ad-tech to sales. He will be integral as the Regional Managing director at Microsoft for startups Middle East, in helping startups achieve their goals and build successful businesses by promoting their tech solutions through digital and social campaigns, opening up the right opportunities for growth, customizing a market plan to maximize joint marketing with Microsoft and providing a targeted industry co-marketing and account planning. He has specialized in leadership development as a Harvard Business School graduate and has a proven track-record of creating successful teams and growing businesses in unpredictable environments. Clare Dyckhoff | SEO Lead | MyTutor

Clare is the SEO Lead at the UK’s leading online tutoring platform, MyTutor. A keen presenter, she has spoken at numerous digital industry conferences on the power of SEO Content & PR, and lectured as a guest speaker on SEO and Fashion at London College of Fashion. A wordsmith at heart, when Clare isn’t dancing around algorithms she’s writing for Nationals on a range of lifestyle topics or writing her first book - her Nan’s memoir of being a codebreaker at Bletchley park during WWII. Clare is passionate about connecting people through writing - hosting London-based poetry nights for different charities and even had a stint leading the Social media for UN Women UK. Adam Edwards | Global Head of SEO | Reprise Digital

Adam brings 20 years of experience in SEO across four agencies, one startup, and one software company. Most recently, he grew the Reprise US SEO team from two people in 2012 to win Best Large Agency at the 2019 US Search Awards. Now in Reprise’s first ever global organic search role, he leads over 250 practitioners in 40 markets around the world. He has spoken at multiple industry events including SMX Advanced, VOICE, and Yext Onward. Outside of work, he is passionate about social causes, just having been named to the NationSwell Council after previously serving as a board member for Upwardly Global and an executive producer of the 2018 film, Refugee, that premiered at DOC NYC.

David Fallarme | Head of Marketing, Asia | HubSpot

David Fallarme leads Asia marketing for HubSpot, a full stack platform for marketing, sales and customer service. David has successfully grown products across several industries. During his time with Electronic Arts, he led customer acquisition for several video games with millions of users. As the head of marketing for a B2B SaaS startup, he oversaw growth as the company went from thousands to multi 7-figures in annual revenue.

Simon Heseltine | VP of Audience Growth | Trader Interactive

Simon Heseltine is the VP of Audience Growth at Trader Interactive in Norfolk, VA. His team is responsible for all traffic channels for industry leading sites such as Cycle Trader, RV Trader, Equipment Trader and Commercial Truck Trader. Simon has led US Search Award winning teams at ForRent (2017) and AOL (2014), also working in-house at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and for several years on the agency side. Sarah Penney | Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing | Manchester Metropolitan University

Sarah is a Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing at Manchester Metropolitan University. She has successfully managed MMU’s Agency Life programme for 7 years, allowing students to develop employability skills in real work settings early in their courses. She is the Programme Leader for the Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship, which was developed working with industry experts and the apprenticeship standard, aims to help fill the digital skills gap in this area. She teaches on a number of marketing and digital courses and is currently researching on the use of nostalgia as a communications tool in contemporary marketing, how universities can help address the digital skills gap and digital pedagogy in HE.
